Nevada prints “Disciplinary Actions” affirmatively, with no time window: where there is nothing, it says None, and where there is something, it names the sanction, the case number and the date. So for every Las Vegas listing here, the connection between the lawyer and rideshare work comes from the firm’s own site, and any second-state admission is unverifiable from this register rather than merely unchecked.
So read the badge narrowly. It means a human opened the State Bar of Nevada directory on 29 July 2026 and read what it says about David J. Dzarnoski. Nevada also issues a fuller Certificate of Good Standing and Statement of Discipline History separately on request, which implies the directory entry is a summary rather than the file. We have not requested one.
