Eric R. Blank
Admitted 12 October 1999, the same day as Eric Palacios — bar numbers 6910 and 7120, 210 apart in Nevada's sequence. His is the only entry in this city where the Bar records no law school at all.
The bar record
What Nevada publishes — and what it doesn’t
Nevada prints “Disciplinary Actions” affirmatively, with no time window: where there is nothing, it says None, and where there is something, it names the sanction, the case number and the date. That is more than most states on this site manage, and it is why a clean Nevada record means more than a clean Florida one.
What it does not publish is almost everything else. There is no practice-areas field, no fee-options field and no other-states field. Texas prints all three. So for every Las Vegas listing here, the connection between the lawyer and rideshare work comes from the firm’s own site, and any second-state admission is unverifiable from this register rather than merely unchecked.
So read the badge narrowly. It means a human opened the State Bar of Nevada directory on 29 July 2026 and read what it says about Eric R. Blank. Nevada also issues a fuller Certificate of Good Standing and Statement of Discipline History separately on request, which implies the directory entry is a summary rather than the file. We have not requested one.
Background
His bio gives a J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law and a B.S. from The Wharton School. His register entry records no law school; the field is simply absent.Reported
The bio lists admissions to the Ninth Circuit, the United States Supreme Court and the District of Nevada, none of which Nevada's directory carries.Reported
It says he worked in insurance defence before moving to plaintiff's work, and that the firm's attorneys have 78 years of combined experience with more than 22 from him alone.Reported
